Hospitalization Procedures

Our reception counters which are located on the ground floor of our hospital, work between 08:30 – 18:00 on weekdays and between 08:30 – 14:30 on Saturdays. The patient hospitalization procedure is carried out uninterruptedly from the emergency service counter of our hospital, hours apart from of these hours and on Sundays.

Our patient reception desks work between 08:30 – 18:00 on official holidays and festive holidays. Apart from these hours, our patient admission processes are carried out at our Emergency Service counter

Our team may request the following documents from you during the patient admission process:

  • Identity card or driver’s license
  • Passport for non-citizens
  • Medical record or documentations
  • Information about the insurance card, the insurance admission form filled by the physician, and treatment costs for our patients who will operate with private health insurance.

During Hospitalization

Reyap Hospital represents hotel management approach in health sector with the highest service standards with a bed capacity of 275. Your well-being and comfort is always important to us. Available means in our rooms:

One companion in your room will be sufficient during your hospitalization period. The expenses of your companion, such as accommodation and food service, are included in your room fee. Housekeeping prepares the bed for your companion after dinner service. If you do not have a companion and you are at risk of falling, you should inform your nurse so that the necessary arrangements can be made.

Food Service

In our hospital, all meals are prepared under the supervision and control of our dieticians before serving. Companion meals in our hospital are free of charge.

Since the menus of our patients are determined based on their treatments, we strongly ask our patients not to eat meals other than the determined menus.

Meals prepared for both you and your companion are served to your room at certain times, and empty plates are collected from your room when appropriate.

Your meal will be served in your room at the times indicated below. If you want to eat your meal at a time other than these, you are more than welcome to inform your nurse about your request.

  • Breakfast Service: 07:30 – 08:30
  • Lunch Service: 13:00 – 14:00
  • Dinner Service: 19:00 – 20:00

Visitor Regulation

It is not appropriate to have more than one attendant in your room for the comfort and health of our patients. You should visit your patients during the visiting hours and keep your visits short, since having a large group of visitors in the room is inconvenient for patients and visitors.
