The Quality Management Unit and the hospital management have formed the teams to ensure the effectiveness of quality management. Teams hold meetings at regular intervals and keep records of the meeting. Our teams continue to work in line with SKS, SAS and determined standards.

Our Quality Management Unit Teams

  1. Infection Control Team: Within the framework of scientific principles, by the teams, an infection control program is determined, in accordance with the characteristics and conditions of the hospital, the coordination of the studies carried out for infection control in the hospital is ensured, the effectiveness of the activities determined and implemented in the program for the prevention of infections are monitored, decisions are made about the necessary improvement works, and recommendations are made to the management.
  2. Building Tour Team: Deficiencies and malfunctions in all units are determined by the team in order to ensure the safety of the hospital.
  3. Organ Donation Team: For the survival of patients whose treatment is possible with tissue or organ transplantation, transplants are carried out, and organ and tissue transplantation services are carried out by the team.
  4. Code Pink Management Team: The team intervenes in a timely manner in cases where there is a risk and/or action of infant or child abduction in the hospital.
  5. Code Blue Management Team: The team briefly intervenes in patients needed immediate medical attention in the hospital, their relatives and all hospital personnel.
  6. Quality Monitoring Team: In order to ensure patient and employee safety, nonconformities are detected early and resolved immediately by the team.
  7. Waste Management Team: In the process from the formation of the wastes in the hospital to the delivery to the authorized institution, it is prevented by the team that the wastes harm human and environmental health.
  8. Medical Device Team: The team is responsible for the safe use of all medical devices within the hospital, determining the procedures and principles such as maintenance, repair, calibration, and ensuring patient and employee safety in medical device-related processes.
  9. Code White Management Team: The team intervenes immediately if there is a risk/attempt of violence against the personnel working in the hospital or if violence is committed.
  10. Code Red Management Team: The team is responsible for minimizing and/or preventing the dangers and damages that may occur by intervening in the fire in the quickest way in case of any fire hazard that may arise in the hospital.
  11. Risk Analysis Team: The team is responsible for conducting risk analyzes on the factors that threaten the health and safety of employees and taking precautions to eliminate or reduce the risks that threaten safety.
  12. NRS Team: Using Enteral Nutrition (EN) and Parenteral Nutrition (PN) methods, patients are provided with nutrition by the team and return to their normal lives in the fastest way possible in situations where they cannot consume food.
