Our Reyap Hospitals Nursing Services Directorate continues its efforts to provide nursing services at international standards with a contemporary management approach and to continuously improve the service offered.

Our nurses act with the awareness and belief that their profession is an art of giving care based on science and evidence.

Our nurses; They approach the patient in a planned manner in order to spare time for the patient, to determine and meet their care needs, by making use of the nursing process methods.

Our team increases the effectiveness of the nursing service with evidence-based practices. Our primary goal is to ensure the safety of our patients, and we carry out all our practices meticulously.

We evaluate the effectiveness of nursing services, the results of the care provided and the performance of our nurses on a monthly basis through quality indicators. When indicators point to areas that need improvement, we immediately start quality improvement and development activities.

The presence of our nurses in the health care team is very important in the success of health services, which strives to continuously improve quality, assimilates and tries to enrich comprehensive concepts such as patient rights, ethics and patient safety.
