With our application, which we started due to the Covid-19 epidemic that also affected our country, we aim to ensure that everyone who cannot or does not want to go to the hospital can receive safe health care.
For you or your family’s health problems or to monitor your chronic diseases/medications, you can make your online physician consultation live from WhatsApp via your internet-connected computer, phone or tablet, and share your current medications, tests or examinations with your physician.

If requested, it is possible to make online consultations with physicians from other branches. Interview times vary according to the branch, with 20 minutes for psychiatry, 45 minutes for psychologists, and 15 minutes for dietitians.
How can you get the online consultation service?
- You can make an appointment at our Call Center at 0850 473 77 77 for an online physician consultation.
- After your scheduled appointment, our Call Center Officer will send you the IBAN number of our hospital via WhatsApp. Before the appointment time, you are required to send the receipt of your payment to the authorized person via the same communication channel.
- When the appointment time comes, you should wait to be called by your physician via WhatsApp.
- If your physician requests a test or analysis after the interview, you can have your tests done 24/7 at our hospital without an appointment.
- If your physician writes you a prescription, you can obtain your medicine from any pharmacy with the prescription number sent to you.
The interview you will have with your physician is not recorded under any circumstances due to patient-physician confidentiality.
